Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. As a small business, we put great care into every item we sell. However, we understand that situations arise, so we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The product must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

You must include proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).

The original tag must still be attached to the item. Items with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.
Wrong or Damaged Items
